Lindsey leads the firm’s regulatory and compliance practice from Germany, with particular depth in the EU AI Act and EU compliance. She spent more than five years leading research teams for the United States Sentencing Commission and has over 20 years in compliance and social-justice work.

She holds an MA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and has been based in Germany since 2023, where she advises on EU regulatory strategy for organizations deploying AI.
